Somatic just means “about the body.”
In a somatic session, we focus on how feelings and experiences show up in your body — not just in your head.
In this reflective session, we’ll use gentle movement and simple somatic exercises to tune into what we’re really feeling — and then put it into words. Think journaling meets some easy yoga, with music, mats, and a safe space to explore what’s going on under the surface.
